EXCHANGE AN ORDER
  • We do not support exchanges. When customers place an order, they are required to confirm all the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of items, sizes, designs, addresses, and other details.
CANCEL AN ORDER

Order cancellation timeframe.

  • You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time, your order may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
    A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Timeframe for returning items after the order has been delivered.

  • Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, your order will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product arrives shattered.
  • The product design does not match the one you ordered.
  • The product size differs from what you ordered.
  • The product material is different from what you ordered.
  • The item you received is not the one you ordered.
  • The product differs from how it was described on the website.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The items should have all original packaging and tags intact.
  • The item(s) must not have been modified, worn, or damaged (except for defects caused by us).

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

PROOF OF ORDER FOR REFUND CLAIM

To claim a refund, you will need to provide the following:

  • The shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
  • Evidence of defective or damaged items (e.g., photos).
  • Email correspondence with our team regarding the return request.
STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN AND REFUND
  1. Send a refund inquiry to [email protected], including all required documentation (proof of purchase, photos, etc.).
  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s) and return them using a traceable carrier.
  4. Send the tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our support team via email.
  5. Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund. If additional instructions are needed, we will inform you.

Please do NOT return the item without receiving prior confirmation from us via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns. Refunds will only be processed if the return package is received, so please ensure you send the return tracking number to us in a separate email.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is not included in the refunded amount.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from when we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed the refund. The refund will include the full cost of the item(s) and the original shipping fee.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account. Refunds may take a few days to be reflected, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You should expect to see your refund within 10-15 days from the date it was issued.

  • Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, your order will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Items can be returned within 30 days with no additional fees, other than the return shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Customers must contact the Support Team before returning items. We cannot be held liable for unqualified returns or lost items during the return process.
